View source for Control winds

By means of a '''control winds''' spell, the caster is able to affect wind force in the area of effect. Depending on their ability, the caster can increase or decrease wind force from as little as a light breeze up to the power of a hurricane.

An "eye" of 40-foot radius, in which the wind is calm, exists around the caster. Note that while the spell can be used in underground places, if there is not enough open space the eye shrinks, and may even disappear altogether if the space is small enough.
