Kayen Telva was a Human fighter and, briefly, the Duke of Gascar during the early days of the Wars of Arin. The son of Wyell Telva, he inherited his father's title at the age of fifteen, with his mother Raji serving as his steward. As Arin began to encroach upon the SouthLands, Kayen became one of the first to join the White Alliance, giving their side a second major port through which supplies could be moved. However, shortly after his son, Jayar, was born, he was killed during a foray into Arin.

Kayen Telva was a PC played by Bill Tsolis.
