'''Lanad i'Sarois''', or more often just "The Lanad", is the second largest continent on the world of Ardrana. It is surrounded by ocean -- the [[Frozen Sea]] in the north, the [[Living Ocean]] in the west, the [[Golden Ocean]] in the east, and the [[Sea of Egaby]] in the south. It measures approximately 5,000 miles from north to south, and 7,000 miles from east to west at its longest points.

The Lanad is often divided up into three major regions: [[the NorthLands]], a mostly frigid region except along the western shores; [[the MidLands]], a region of mixed climate, from the [[Cardillic Desert]] in the east to the great forest of [[Shael i'Vor]] in the west; and [[the SouthLands]], a generally temperate region.
