Morgan Wallister is a retired adventurer who is now the proprietor of Morgan's Publick House in the city of Gascar. Now in his late thirties and grey just starting to creep into his hair, he prides himself on the quality of the tavern he runs for the locals in the city. He is often called "Sir Morgan", as he claims to be descended from nobility from somewhere out west. Although this has never been verified, people are willing to humor him due to his popularity.

In his youth, Morgan adventured with Ral Brahalst, Khay Gativa and Aria Chervil after their famed rescue of Jayar Telva. He still keeps his swordsmanship skill fine-tuned in case he should ever be called to active duty in Gascar's military reserve.
