The Outlanders' Inn is one of two remaining full-service inns in Semmarch, the other being The West Bank. It is owned and operated by Morgan Bestler, and is reputed to be the center of illicit activity in the city -- an area that has expanded greatly since the clamp-down by Duke Mirdael a few years ago. It mainly caters to those who don't mind cheap food, cheap drink, cheap accommodations, and hanging out with the more unsavory elements of society. It is named, of course, for the Outlanders.
