'''Thorin Orchammer''' was the ruler of the Dwarves of the [[Thair Mountains]] some seventy-five years ago. It was he who first forged the alliance with the people of [[Rinogor]] and their leader, [[Xorg]] -- an alliance which eventually led to their settlement in the mountains and the construction of the city of [[Braith]]. Thorin Orchammer and Xorg themselves became fast friends, and fought at each other's side during the [[Wars of Arin]], where both were slain on the battlefield.

Thorin had four sons: [[Thorin Archer]], [[Dorin the Axeman]], [[Borin]], and [[Orin]]. All hold positions of high honor within [[Thorin's clan]].
