Duchess Tiburona is the ruler of the city of Pescara. She wed Commaranto, some say, rather shortly after the sudden and suspicious death of her first husband, Celano. She and her daughter, Dame Phichta, are often at odds as their views on life are quite opposite to one another. She particularly enjoys chiding Queen Chatha at every opportunity. Rumor has it that she has her eye on the throne.
