Starling Draper is a Halfling merchant, originally from Heron Mills in the town of Onyshire. She and her older sister, Kestrel, moved to Semmarch several years ago to open a clothing shop called The Body Drapers. When Kestrel was killed on an adventure a few years ago, Starling took over ownership of the shop.
