Stinking cloud

When a stinking cloud is cast, the wizard creates a billowing mass of nauseous vapors. Any creature caught within the cloud is unable to attack while remaining within the cloud and for five minutes after leaving the cloud due to nausea. These poisonous effects can be slowed or neutralized by appropriate magic. The cloud duration is halved in a moderate breeze and is dispersed in one minute by a stronger breeze.
