The ARC, as it is commonly called, is located on the South campus of Imor University. The facility is well-hidden and is only accessible by those with proper clearance.
Its purpose is to aid in magical research for those studying the arcane arts and has recently taken a prominent role in determining the nature of the unusual creatures coming out of the Imor-Drev Tunnel.
