Heart of Light

Also occasionally called the Tower of Healing, the Heart of Light is a structure located at the boundary between the Quasielemental Plane of Radiance and the Positive Energy Plane. The Heart of Light is known mostly as a place where wounds and injuries heal faster and more completely than normal, where diseases fade and afflictions disappear. More than just these things make the Heart of Light remarkable. First of all, no one knows the true origins of the structure. Second, the tower's creators fashioned the structure from blue light and nothing more. The Heart has no permanent occupants, as all those who have attempted to become such have disappeared or left.
