Jayar Telva

Jayar Telva was the last Telvan Duke of Gascar, son of the famed adventurer Kayen Telva. His mother died in childbirth, and he was only a year old when his father died fighting in the Wars of Arin, and his grandmother Raji served as his steward until he came of age. Near the end of his life, he was ransomed by pirates hoping to gain a piece of the Telvan treasury. He was rescued by a band of adventurers led by Ral Brahalst, and the dwarf wound up inheriting the treasure and nominal title when Jayar died without an heir.
