The daughter of [[Horace Creskall]], a minor noble with land holdings along the coast to the north of the city, Jenora is the wife of Sir [[Roderick Harper]], the recently retired Duke of Kimelis. Jenora and Roderick have five children, three daughters and two sons. Their eldest child, [[Alderrick Harper|Alderrick]], is the current Duke of Kimelis, while their eldest daughter, [[Valirra Harper|Valirra]], serves as Kimelis' representative on the [[White Council]].

Jenora is well known for her knowledge of customs from across [[Kellan]]. For that reason, Kimelis often serves as an alternative site to [[Morelenas]] for diplomatic purposes, especially negotiations with non-[[White Alliance]] factions.
