Jinsear

Jinsear is a human fighter, a lieutenant in the White Army. He is stationed in the city of Hanmer, where is the current commander of the division that patrols the city, (but not the marketplace, which is the purview of Zuhenia's division) ensuring the safety of the citizens. He is also in charge of providing guards for important visitors to the city, which included Princess Conchita os'Sarani on her visit a year or so ago.
