Nootbaar is a Gnomish trader originally from Rikaalb. He came to the Lanad to sell goods from his homeland, and decided not to return. H eventually settled down in Floyk, where he works for a consortium of farmers, selling dried fruits, nuts and preserves at marketplaces in central Arin. He recently traveled with a caravan bound for the village of Promise Junction, but was forced to return to Floyk after his goods were eaten by giant bird creatures they encountered en route.
