Lanad i'Sarois, or more often just "The Lanad", is the second largest continent on the world of Ardrana. It is surrounded by ocean -- the Frozen Sea in the north, the Living Ocean in the west, the Golden Ocean in the east, and the Sea of Egaby in the south. It measures approximately 5,000 miles from north to south, and 7,000 miles from east to west at its longest points.
The Lanad is often divided up into three major regions: the NorthLands, a mostly frigid region except along the western shores; the MidLands, a region of mixed climate, from the Cardillic Desert in the east to the great forest of Shael i'Vor in the west; and the SouthLands, a generally temperate region.
