The Ale House is a tavern located in Barteb, one of the larger settlements in the central Thair Mountains. It is owned and operated by a Dwarf named Zakeor, who also brews his own ale -- designated as number 93 -- in an attached brewery. His grandson, Rakeor, worked at the tavern for a while in his youth, but departed for the outside world when stories of adventuring got the better of him. Zakeor encouraged his grandson to spread the word about the tavern to any Dwarves he met in his travels.
