Lanad i'Sarois, or more often just "The Lanad", is the second largest continent on the world of Ardrana. It is surrounded by ocean -- the Frozen Sea in the north, the Living Ocean in the west, the Golden Ocean in the east, and the Grinder in the south. It measures approximately 5,000 miles from north to south, and 7,000 miles from east to west at its longest points.
