Owned and operated by Suritha, it provides shelter for twenty guests and has a lounge on the second floor with windows facing the Golden Ocean. The building is a rustic red hue with yellow accents and white railings. The decor throughout its interior highlights the same color scheme with the addition of light blue furnishings.
