Zintar al'Kindor Particulus is a githzerai mage specializing in spells of elemental earth. Originally from Limbo, he came to Sigil several years ago, where he became a member of the Doomguard. Last year, he was chosen to be the chief mage at the Doomguard's observation outpost in the Barrens on Ardrana, where he is recording data on the portal to the Quasielemental Plane of Dust located in the ruins of Saeryt.
