Varice is the Ardic god of the sun, fire, and justice. Often called the Flame of Justice, Varice is the son of Morelen and is brother to Gaiya and to Vendamatrix, the latter of whom he considers a rival. His preeminent temple lies in the city of Siilcar, which is said to be the first place to see Varice on a new day.
Varice is very much of a lawful nature, and it is said that his fire burns away all falsehoods. His holy symbol is a red flame set in a blue circle.
