Siilcar

The city of Siilcar is located in the region of Vadriz. It is situated on the easternmost point of land in Ardann i'Parastha, on the shore of the Living Ocean, just south of the Dark Sea. Its mayor is a human named Ov'Djim. Siilcar is home to the most sacred temple of Varice on all Ardrana, and his worshippers say that it is the first place in the world to see him rise each day.

Siilcar's society is built on a caste system. People of various races and occupations, and even adventurers of different character classes, do not often associate. As such, there are often separate establishments for each caste, even down to separate taverns. There are businesses that serve outlanders, but then outlanders themselves are a separate caste.
