The Whistover Sweet Shop is a shop located in the city of Kimelis. It is owned by Rixton Whistover and his wife Rashay, who opened it about twenty-five years ago. Their son, Chad, often works the front counter as well as learning the finer points of making the candies and other sweet foods sold at the shop.
