Spike is a Human citizen of Imor and the leader of a group of vagrants who took up residence in the Imor-Drev Tunnel. He sought refuge from the constant watchful eye of the Imorian Constabulary Division, which has recently increased thanks to the persistent gang-related violence between the Black Scorpions and the River Bottom Boys.
