Arteck Broadland is a Halfling businessman from Whiskershire Valley. He owns a brewery that supplies mead to Aleton and the surrounding area. Several years ago, he took over as the organizer of a caravan that runs a regular route from Aleton through Agropthos, taking it under his wing in order to promote Aleton's products and bolster his own profits.
