Auryk

Auryk was the tyrannical ruler of Rubellonsk some five hundred years ago. He assumed power, according to story, by killing Benatray and moving the seat of power to his home in eastern Rubellonsk, Dinskey. When he wasn't furthering his knowledge of the necromantic arts, he was plotting ways to extend his reach into surrounding lands.

During the Great Magic War, it was he who unleashed the catastrophic power that brought Eksaer to its knees. His tyranny earned him the appellation "The Black Czar".
