Cloak of protection

The various forms of the cloak of protection all appear to be normal garments made of cloth or leather. However, such items can provide a level of defensive protection from as minimal as a shield to as great as a suit of chain mail. This device can be combined with other items or worn with leather armor. It cannot function in conjunction with any sort of magical armor, normal armor not made of leather, or with a shield of any sort.
