Upon casting the color spray spell, the wizard causes a vivid, fan-shaped spray of clashing colors to spring forth from his hand. Up to six creatures within the area are affected in order of increasing distance from the wizard. Lesser creatures may be struck unconscious for several minutes, while more powerful ones may be blinded or stunned. These more powerful creatures are less likely to be affected, and blind or unseeing creatures are not affected by the spell.
Note: This version of color spray originally appeared in the 2nd Edition Player's Handbook for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons from TSR. Its use here is for the purposes of providing context for the campaign only.
