Datar was a human fighter from the town of Semmarch. His first adventure was investigating reports that humanoids had returned to the Caves of Chaos outside the city. During the adventure, he claimed that he was, in fact, from some other plane of existence, but before this could be questioned, he was killed by hobgoblins.
