Doofenclaud

Doofenclaud is a Gnomish weather mage who resides in the town of Doofania. He is the second of three sons of the ruling family of the town. His elder brother, Doofenrojer, is the mayor of the town, while his younger brother, Doofenschmirtz, is a clockwork mage whose devices are, as expected of a Gnome, typically less than reliable.

Claud (which he insists on pronouncing like "Cloud" while his brothers - especially Schmirtz - pronounce it as "Claude") finds welcome solace being outdoors and away from the constant squabbling of his siblings, which led his interest in weather to blossom.

In an attempt to appease their brother, Rojer gave him a plot of land in the nearby village of Barneo, while Schmirtz built him a contraption to measure different aspects of the weather. However, considering the source, the "weather station", as Claud likes to call it, has had to be moved to various sites in and around the town in order to function properly.
