Hagar is a Human diviner who currently resides in the city of Sigil. A member of The Sign of One, he has a small shop in the Market Ward where he performs divinations for a price. He is also a member of the Mages' Guild of Sigil, and is friends with the tiefling enchantress Jezebel.
