Helmet of psionic protection
From Ardrana
A helmet of psionic protection is a device designed to protect its wearer from psionic-based attacks. Such attacks are less likely to be effective, or cause less damage than they otherwise would. Only attacks that are specifically directed at the wearer are affected -- i.e., passive effects or attacks directed at an area suffer no penalties.
