Marthammor's thunderbolts

The Marthammor's thunderbolts spell enables the caster to simultaneously unleash twin thunderbolts either from both hands or both eyes. Each thunderbolt can be directed at a different target within range and can either be directed to cure or cause damage. The twin thunderbolts begin at the caster and streak outward as far as the target selected by the caster.
