Namaralee Shessla

Namaralee Shessla is an institute of magical learning located under the waters off the eastern coast of Rannas i'Drasoin. It is centered a trove of magical writings found several centuries ago by Sea Elves in a set of ruins that is believed to date back to before the Third Civilization. Due to its location, its students are almost exclusively creatures of the sea; although land-dwellers are not forbidden from attending, those who do are often shunned by their ocean-based counterparts.
