Raymond Tiller is a Human citizen of Imor and the senior official in charge of the agricultural area beyond the north end of the city. He sits on the lowest tier of the Imorian Parliament and brings to the body's attention agricultural issues presented by priests of Demeter and other workers dealing in the farming industry.
