Rose Carter

Rose Carter was a Human commoner from the town of Auden. As a teenager, she had a brief affair with an Elven man which resulted in the birth of a daughter, Brianna. Shunned by most of the townsfolk, she found work as a cook at the estate of Wythrin Mausley, one of the town's prominent landholders. Times were lean, and Brianna also had to do various jobs to help make ends meet. When Brianna herself was a teenager, Rose perished in a plague that struck down most of the town.
