Saichi

Saichi is a human sailor from Tabune. He is currently the captain of the Daikigyou, a passenger ship belonging to the Dolphin clan, of which he is a member. He has served as her captain for twelve years.

Saichi is quite worldly, knowing much about the languages and cultures of the lands where his ship makes port, and is always looking for news of lands both near and far.
