Tabune

The city of Tabune is located in northwestern Jiberia, on the shores of the Living Ocean. It is controlled by the Dolphin clan, and is bordered on the south by the lands of the Dragon clan and on the east by those of the Crab clan. The city itself is the most important port in the region, allowing the Dolphin clan to be one of the wealthiest of the Jiberian clans.
