Spike is a citizen of Imor and the leader of a group of vagrants who took up residence in the Imor-Drev Tunnel. He sought refuge from the constant watchful eye of the city's law enforcement officers thanks to the persistant gang-related violence between the Black Scorpions and the River Bottom Boys.
