Threkh El'Para

Threkh El'Para is a small island in Shark's Fin Bay. Located just outside the harbor of Agropthos, it is one of several islands that are connected to, but not technically part of, the city. It is home to the School of the Sea, a school of the arcane specializing in the discipline of elemental water.
