Floyd I was a Human king, the first ruler of the country of Arin. He established the city of Floyk on the southern shore of Lake Varn in 271 LC, declaring it to be a sovereign city. By the end of his rule his domain stretched about a hundred miles south between the Pandem River and what was then the Mindiron Forest. During his reign, Arin was known as a lush, fertile land, much different than it is today. Upon his death, he was succeeded by his son, Lloyd I, thus officially beginning the House of Floyd.
