The Imorian Parliament is a governing body consisting of the ten noble families who formerly claimed the largest land areas of Eksaer prior to the Great Magic War. Many rumors persist about the gradual weakening of power and responsibility this group has seen since the coronation of Linden Addenberry, and some sitting on the Parliament are jostling for position to put themselves in the best position should this body be dissolved.
Upper level
The ten primary members whose families are represented on the Parliament are as follows, with their former holdings:

- Ebony Ravenwill, high priestess of the temple of Hecate, represents the clerical interests of the city
- Harcourt Ellison is the advocate for Imor's business community
- Clarice Silverwood, director of the Golden Geyser, represents the interests of the wealthy citizens of Imor
- Nelson Blackstone voices the needs of craftsman of the forge
- Albert Bromfield, proprietor of A&E Scribes, tends to the needs of those who ply their trade in soft crafts
- Raymond Tiller ensures that the city's agricultural area are heard
- Verna Baker is responsible for the needs of the service-related businesses throughout the city
- Bradley Foster, chairman of Imor University's Cornerstone Council, makes sure that educational issues are addressed
- Sarah Dartmouth is entrusted with furthering the goals of the Imorian City Outreach Program
- Stacy Meriton brings issues from Imor's citizenry to the table
A representative from the First Observatory, StarSeeker, serves in an advisory capacity to the Parliament.
