Rumors abound that Sevreen may have [[Mukhtar]] blood, but nobody has been brave enough to come out and ask her directly. Sevreen's mother was an Elf, but it is uncertain of her father's lineage. Sevreen herself has bluish skin and a larger than average nose. Her very long black hair hides the points of her ears which betray her elven parentage. Sevreen, a member of the faction known as The Fated, resides in the city of Sigil plying her trade as a Locator of All Things Magical. Sevreen is now on her third mission as a contractor for the Finders' Guild of Sigil. At present, she has been hired by Lady Allegra Brownstoke to locate the key that will unlock the secrets of her heirloom spellbook.
Rumors abound that Sevreen may have Mukhtar blood, but nobody has been brave enough to come out and ask her directly. Sevreen's mother was an Elf, but it is uncertain of her father's lineage. Sevreen herself has bluish skin and a larger than average nose. Her very long black hair hides the points of her ears which betray her elven parentage. She is skilled at the sword, but she has an extremely keen sense of smell, especially in regards to magical energies.
Sevreen works alone, which is likely for the best, as her raspy voice and abrupt manner tend to put off most. She is also quite standoffish when dealing with others, especially those with no knowledge of magic.
Sevreen is a PC played by Shelley Proulx who has also been run as an NPC.
