Cogswell Cutler

Cogswell Cutler was a Human fisherman of modest repute. He lived with his wife, Eira, and plied his trade in and off the coast of Gascar until his untimely death.

Cutler was a very proud man, cherishing his time at sea and on land. About nine years ago, his ship, the Fisheye, went down off the coast in a storm. His first mate, Alwin Batross, rescued the ship's cat, Ratkur, and brought it to his widow and he was granted salvage rites to the vessel.
