Daniel is a Human who was traveling with Rarth Ilinix posing as a Time Lord. He was present while Lorg and his companions recovered Black Razor from Inzilagor. However, after The Master stole the device, Rarth and Daniel pursued him, and the illusionist killed Daniel in the process of faking his own death.
