Harud Hazi Bin

Harud Hazi Bin is a thief from the city of Agrabah. He is a member of a band of outlaws, led by Abis Mal who live outside the city. Harud is Mal's second-in-command, and it is generally believed that he is the brains of the operation, allowing Mal to take the fall when things go wrong.
