Cord of Nuptis

The Cord of Nuptis is a one-foot long silken cord of rainbow hues that has been enchanted with the tie spell and its reverse, untie. It responds to the holder of the device who knows the command words to activate the effect. An example was discovered in a cabinet in the peacock-themed room dedicated to the goddess Juno of the bird building in the ruins south of Gascar and later sold in town.
