Percy
From Ardrana
Percy is (or perhaps was) the proprietor of the Red Dragon Inn in the city of Semmarch. He was last seen still maintaining the establishment when Alton Coboral and Nevyn snuck inside about two years ago, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
