Percy

Along with Garth, Percy was the co-proprietor of the Red Dragon Inn in the city of Semmarch. While Garth has moved on to the branch in Nazivonema, Percy was not seen for some time after the Semmarch branch was ordered closed by Mirdael Hanaestor. However, he is now known to be running the inn on Oberon Base.
