Abral
From Ardrana
Abral is the ambassador from Mentoncha to Hanmer -- in fact, is the only Lastini ambassador to any city other than Rogariel. She is a daughter of one of the minor noble houses and a strong supporter of Queen Chatha. Along with Princess Conchita os'Sarani, she has been pivotal in opening trade between the two cities.
